Delivery and Payment Methods
We offer convenient online ordering with payment from anywhere in the world and fast delivery across all of Dubai, including anonymous gifts. You can add plush toys, sweets, or a note to your bouquet to make the surprise even more special. Each bouquet comes with care instructions to ensure your flowers stay fresh and beautiful. Our stores and 24/7 website are always at your service!
Delivery in Dubai
Delivery Schedule:

Every day from 9:00 to 23:00 PM

Delivery Cost:

100 د.إ if the order amount is less than 1500 د.إ.

If the order amount is over 1500 د.إ – delivery within Dubai is Free.

Nighttime / Exact Time Delivery Service:

The cost of the service is an additional 150 د.إ to the order total. The order amount does not matter. Please check with the manager for the possibility of night delivery or delivery at an exact time: +971 444 1111

Delivery Time Slots in Dubai:

2-hour intervals (delays may occur between 17:00 and 19:00 PM due to heavy traffic).

9:00 — 12:00
12:00 — 15:00
15:00 — 18:00
18:00 — 21:00
21:00 — 24:00 +150 د.إ
24:00 — 3:00 +150 د.إ
3:00 — 9:00 +150 د.إ

Payment
You can pay for your order in our store using several methods:

1. Cash in the store
2. Cash upon delivery
3. Bank card on the website
4. Bank card in the store
5. Payment link
6. Bank transfer (for legal entities)

The “Payment Link” service is available

Choose any bouquet you like – message our manager, and we’ll generate a payment link. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Once the payment is complete – delivery is made within 3 hours during store business hours.

All payments are processed by a merchant bank. Your data is safe and secure.

The payment page is SSL certified — https, confirming the security of your data. We do not collect or store your bank card data. Personal information is entered through a secure HTTPS form hosted by the bank.

Notifications

After a successful delivery, you will receive an SMS notification (if you selected this option) and a notification to the email address you provided. All your personal data is kept completely confidential.
